Terranomad is an online-based brand operated by a global team. While we do not have a physical retail storefront, we ship from trusted fulfillment partners and warehouses worldwide to ensure efficient delivery.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the specific product ordered. On average, orders are delivered within 7–21 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed. Please note that customs delays may occur.
4. Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking link sent directly to your email. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real-time. If tracking is not available yet, it simply means your order is still being processed.
5. What is your refund and return policy?
We offer refunds for defective or damaged products. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Because we operate using a dropshipping fulfillment system, items must meet our eligibility requirements before a return or refund can be processed.
